Scholarly is fine, but you keep referencing "systematic" killing and that isn't a criteria for the international, legal definition of genocide.

Go find in that text where is says SYSTEMATIC is NOT a property of genocide.

Like I said earlier, you can make up whatever definition you'd like, just don't expect anyone to care when there is an internationally, accepted definition.
