Supreme Court rejects call to overturn its decision legalizing same-sex marriage nationwide

To "gayism" and gay marriage.
Well there is no solution to gayism so fuck that. As to gay marriage since gay people could always get married but want to marry someone of the same sex which no one could ever do, they could have a civil union. Very simple.

Once they're married it's half "their" shit.
Not sure about all states, but in both Texas and Florida, it's "No Fault" divorce. Yes, they split everything gained during the marriage 50/50, but not necessarily everything brought into the marriage.

Example: a woman owns a house and gets married. After a few years, they divorce. The house increased in value from 200K to $300K. The husband doesn't get half of $300K, only half of the $100K from the increased value. Not a lawyer, but that's what I've seen happen in both states. It's fair, IMO.

The purpose of a prenup is to protect that value such as stating the spouse would never profit from the house. With Billionaires who can gain a billion dollars in a year, the prenup might limit their new spouse to a set amount, not half of the gained billion.

FWIW, I suspect Fredo hasn't ever been married, but if he was, it wasn't for long. Sad.

I prefer homophobia.
I suspect most homophobics have a secret desire to have a dick up their asses and it scares them. Hence, the fear and hatred.

Most hate is fear-based. Brave, strong and rational people don't hate. This fits my analysis that all MAGAts are weak, stupid and coward little fucks who would be better off dead if they can't learn to cope.

Key points

  • Hate is not an emotion but a learned response fueled by fear, anger, and stress.
  • It flourishes on division, misinformation, and social conditioning, yet it can be unlearned.
  • Replacing hate with understanding requires empathy, education, and open dialogue.
Hate is often described as an emotion, but it is actually a learned behavior. Unlike fear, sadness, or love—emotions that are instinctive and universal—hate does not exist independently. It is shaped by fear, anger, stress, and social conditioning, developing over time rather than emerging naturally. Hate can be directed at people, ideas, or entire groups, influencing individuals and societies in ways that range from casual dislike to extreme violence. But if hate is learned, can it be unlearned? To break the cycle, we must understand how hate forms, how it manifests in our language and actions, and what we can do to replace it with something better.
