Why are they so desperate to keep Adolfo Raul Sotelo-Munoz near the innocent citizens of Wisconsin?

-Retail theft
Sotelo-Munoz also admitted to illegally reentering the United States — a FELONY — for a third time despite knowing that he was banned from the country for twenty years because of his prior removals.
ICE reinstated his prior removal order and removed him from the U.S. on November 1, 2025.
