Sandwich Guy Found Not Guilty

A classic Italian hero sandwich is a substantial, cold sandwich packed with layers of cured Italian meats and provolone cheese on a long Italian roll, topped with crisp shredded iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickled peppers, and a tangy red wine vinaigrette.
And jalapeño... That's how you improve it without changing the flavor scheme but giving it a bigger kick.

However, I prefer other types of sandwiches that better fit with either Chipotle Mayo or Sriracha Mayo... Like a turkey avocado with bacon, tomato and chipotle mayo (jalapeños are a given).

It is open. The food is better than when I was a kid, but not worth what you pay for it... Definitely bring kids there if you are in Denver.
Yeah I think we may rent a cabin in Estes Park next summer. I like getting out of Dallas in the hottest part of the summer. We like going up trail ridge road. You can almost always see elk there.

it is behavior we should be seeking to discourage, which is the point of enforcement. At least a fine was warranted

the shit stains wouldn't even agree to a misdemeanor
They overcharged the case and lost because of that. They charged a crime that requires bodily injury from a sandwich hitting a bulletproof vest.

Disorderly conduct would have been a slam dunk conviction.

Ummm It was on video. He no doubt committed the crime. with was a turkey thing to do. A Salt and pepper with vinegar and olive oil. Only a gay Libratard would do such a gay crime.

It hurts the prosecution's case when the witness claims the sandwich exploded on hitting him and then the jury sees a picture of the sandwich intact in its wrapper lying on the sidewalk.

Garlic infused oil also makes a great deli style sandwich

In socal they used to call them grinders

A nice French style loaf

Garlic oil

Deli meat, provolone, Lettuce, tomatoe sliced thin

More garlic oil and salt and pepper

Sooo good

But... but... @T. A. Gardner insists these people will likely just take a plea deal as the DoJ has such a high conviction rate when they bring a case.

I have told Terry he is being stupid as he is looking at the DoJ prior to Trump, and while that was true them, Trump and has put in Magats, and magats are stupid and corrupt and incompetent, so what you will see with Trump's DoJ is not only most people opting to go to court but also winning like this guy did.

As i always say the Dems super power against magats is the magats stupidity and incompetence. Over and over magats bring investigations and prosecutions that fail. So it is either A) corrupt or B) incompetence that sees them fail and magats who are so sure these Dems are guilty have to choose which reason it is? Why so many 'guilty' dems get off time and again when magats indict??

A jury on Thursday acquitted a D.C. man who was charged with assault after throwing a sandwich at a federal agent during President Donald Trump’s crime crackdown in the capital.

The one-sided food fight, which was captured on video and spread through social media, became a slapstick symbol of resistance to Trump’s summertime takeover of local law enforcement. The defendant, Sean C. Dunn, said he was speaking out against fascism and anti-migrant policies from the Trump administration.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro’s office said the 37-year-old Air Force veteran was not on trial for protesting but for “throwing a sandwich at a federal officer at point-blank range.” Prosecutors sought to indict Dunn on a felony assault count, but a grand jury rejected that charge, and prosecutors downgraded it to a misdemeanor.

The trial jury in U.S. District Court rejected that charge as well, deliberating for seven hours over two days before returning the not-guilty verdict.

Gotta love the "point blank range".
Do you support the sandwich thrower?

They still call them "grinders" my friend. At least up here we have sandwiches called "grinders".

Not to be confused with the gay dating site "Grindr". Did you know this - and this is true - that whenever there is a Republican event like a CPAC conference or an NRA convention - Grindr activity almost crashes the site with the closeted Republicans looking for gay dates!

"Love – or at least a spike of users on the gay dating app Grindr – was reportedly in the Milwaukee air this week while the Republican National Convention was in town.

Over 1,000 users reported a Grindr outage in the Milwaukee area around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Downdetector, a website that collects online service status information."
