Just one day after federal prosecutors dismissed his Capitol riot case under a clemency order from Trump, Florida resident Daniel Ball was rearrested on federal firearm charges while still in custody, according to WUSA9.

The firearm case, originally filed in Florida in August, had been delayed due to 38-year-old Ball's detention in D.C. on charges stemming from his involvement in the Capitol riot.
 
"David Daniel, 37, pleaded guilty on January 8, 2025, to assaulting police officers during the January 6 Capitol attack, where he helped lead a violent push against a barricaded Senate Wing door, QC News reported.

His conviction, carrying a maximum sentence of eight years, was erased when President Trump issued sweeping pardons for January 6 participants shortly after returning to office.

Additionally, Indiana man Matthew Huttle, also pardoned by Trump, who was fatally shot by a sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop on Sunday."

Yes, and trump didn't have to pardon the J6 rioters, many who have re-offended, some of them fatally.

Of course, he ignores any crimes committed by folks who look just like him. Like the daily plethora of Caucasian right wing/Maga religious folk getting busted listed on 'X', or the numerous Jan. 6th criminals that Trump-icana pardoned that committed new crimes. But Vole sees the world through the eye slits of a pointy hood....so much more the pity.

I am a bigger guy, who used to be a boxer and a bouncer. I could probably win most fights I got into, but I am careful not to go around starting fights for this very reason. I am sure that kid thought he was attacking an easy mark, but it turned out to be a big mistake.
