The rumor mill says he's in his early thirties, but his behavior indicates immaturity. That fact plus the fact such a young man has so much time on his hands indicates he doesn't have a job. I doubt he's rich or he'd have a better education. Ergo, he's most likely severely cripped either from birth or by accident and is bedridden. Whatever it is, he's not stupid, just uneducated and immature.
