I see you didn't see biden's illegals beating up cops in downtown N.Y.C., or haven't heard of the many illegals/criminals that either shoot
or burn people alive and or throw them on the third rail to their death on the subways.

That is irrelevant to the laws regarding classified materials. The President has ultimate authority to classify or declassify something. So, Trump could take the documents as "declassified" as could Obama.

On the other hand, Hillary, Biden, et al., were subject to those rules and laws and clearly broke them. They should have been prosecuted but weren't. Obama isn't even questioned about anything he might have that was classified.

Singularly, Trump was and now it's turning out that it was part of Jack Smith's war on Republicans so-to-speak under the Biden DOJ and possibly the most corrupt Attorney General in US history, Merrick Garland.

We've heard for a year now how the Dem party is done - that they've lost American voters.

We hear that every election when one party wins.

Americans aren't MAGA, and they're not far left. No party will rule for that long. The mid-terms are likely to make a stronger statement than what we saw yesterday - people are NOT happy w/ the direction of this country under Trump.

Perhaps he could have declassified the mass of classified documents he took but he didn’t. They were also not his property.
