I voted for this!

When did trump get the right to fine anyone?

Harvard is one of America's greatest assets. I can see why you hate it so much.

They get money to develop great scientific advancements for the USA. They were never a seminary. Technically, they have always been nondenominational, so could not have been a seminary. They were de facto Puritan, who did not believe in seminaries.
They have a $50 Billion endowment or something online that. They don't need taxpayer money. Fuck that leftist sewer

What Harvard does that is so egregious is their anti-Semitism, their support for Hamas terrorists, and their failure to protect their Jewish students.

For the curious:

  • The USCIS announcement signifies a policy shift where employment authorization documents (EADs) will no longer be automatically extended for certain categories of immigrants, including refugees, asylees, and spouses of visa holders, as well as green-card applicants.
  • This change aims to prioritize vetting and screening processes to enhance public safety and national security, requiring immigrants to undergo additional background and criminal checks, immigration status reviews, and potentially recollect biometrics data before their EADs are renewed.
  • The decision reverses a Biden-era policy that provided a 540-day buffer for EAD renewals, which was intended to protect immigrants during processing delays but is now seen as a security risk by the Trump administration.
  • The policy change could impact hundreds of thousands of EAD renewal applicants annually, potentially leaving some immigrants without work authorization during the vetting process, despite having been previously vetted for entry into the U.S.
  • This move is part of broader immigration policy adjustments under the Trump administration, reflecting a focus on tightening immigration controls and ensuring thorough security screenings.
