The wages went up almost 100%, retard. Nobody should have to pay more for things than what they're worth, that includes labor.
As the wages went up, so did the cost of everything else. Fuel price lowering may help offset that some.
^This post will rile many commies. 😆
Hamburgers went from$4-$6 to $8-$11.
And then then they threw in some shrinkflation because fuck you, that's why. :rofl2:
Don't worry, you're not alone in that.

If we had decent wage earners in this nation, they'd be no need for food stamps, for section 8 housing, for subsidized medicaid. If people were paid a decent wage, imagine the money the gov would truly save.

As of Oct 23, 2025, the average hourly pay for an American in the United States is $28.16 an hour. While ZipRecruiter is seeing hourly wages as high as $66.11 and as low as $7.93, the majority of American wages currently range between $15.87 (25th percentile) to $32.93 (75th percentile) across the United States. The sole reason the cost of everything has increased in because of the orange guy and his tariff wars. That's the number one reason we are in a soon to be resession you moron. If what you say is true and with what I've provided is fact. It also explains why IMMIGRANTS ARE SUCH A HIGH COMODITY IN THIS COUNTRY.

The problem is 40 years or so of crooked Congress. People are trying to fix that now.
Trump has the right idea, Americans will be better off due to his policies, but it will get bumpy.

FACT: THE CURRENT WAGE MOST ARE BEING PAID IS $12-$14 AN HOUR. THIS COVERS FAST FOOD, MOST LOW WAGE HOSPITAL JOBS, MOST MANUFACTORING JOBS AND RETAIL.

Average vs minimum. look it up.

Well that's a huge lie.
So $11 to $20 isn't almost 100%, dumbass? :|
Now I know you work for a spamming check pittance, and you consider it not working, but it actually is, and you could make
twice as much or more using your talents in something much more legitimate that you like to do.

Average, not minimum.

No, dumbfuck, wages have not doubled. You pulled that out of your ass, just like everything else.

People are starting to pay more due to the tariffs, but companies still haven’t used all their pre-tariffs inventory yet. When they do, you’ll see greater effects.

There is not more manufacturing in this country as a result of tariffs.

Farmers and ranchers have taken a hit. Supplies are getting more expensive and their buyers are going elsewhere. They may not be back if they see that their sources are not reliable.

^Total BS, Gomer.

No, Red. The argument was that it's fascism and price controls. Price controls ALWAYS cause shortages, in this case, a shortage of jobs.

If you aren't worth minimum wage to someone, they aren't going to hire you. If you are worth ONLY minimum wage to someone, your job will likely be taken over by AI anyway, so it's just a matter of time before you are out of work anyway.

Go learn a skill. Make yourself worth something to somebody. Then you don't have to worry about minimum wage laws or such price controls.
