Why do certain people flood forums?

This can be for positive reasons like promoting a cause or negative reasons like spreading misinformation, creating chaos, or harassment.
Your deaf studies apparently never taught you the main reason for one's surge in posting which is that someone has a great deal to say on a particular discussion topic and either wishes to learn a great deal or wishes to share a great deal of information.

I'm surprised that I'm the first person to teach you this, but alas, here we are. You really got hosed by your Deaf Studies.

This tactic is also known as "flooding the zone" and can be used to sow distrust or overwhelm the opposition.
Posting on a website is not a tactic, unless one is a leftist in which case everything is a tactic by the thought-masters of the hive-collective safe-space.

Spreading misinformation: Deliberately flooding a forum with false or conflicting information can confuse the audience and promote general distrust.
This is what leftists do every post, every day, all throughout the year.

Disruption and chaos: Individuals, such as trolls, may flood forums for amusement or to deliberately disrupt a rival's activities or sow general chaos online.
This is what leftists do every post, every day, all throughout the year.

Political or social manipulation: Flooding can be a tactic to polarize an audience or to "decapacitate public deliberation" by creating confusion and apathy, especially in contentious political discussions.
This is what leftists do every post, every day, all throughout the year. In fact, there are quite a few who actually get paid to do exactly this. Alas, this is not a thing on the conservative side.

Hiding other content: Flooding can be used to bury genuine posts or discussions under a large volume of new messages.
This is what leftists do every post, every day, all throughout the year.

Harassment and bullying: Flooding can be a form of cyberbullying, where a large number of posts are used to target an individual and cause them distress.
This is what leftists do every post, every day, all throughout the year.

Infiltration: Sometimes, flooding is done to infiltrate an online community to gather information about its members or activities.
This is specifically a leftist thing. Conservatives don't care what leftists are saying online.

My take? Loneliness and no life.
You would know. I'll take your word for it.

In other words, Legion is a Leftist?

That certainly is a possibility. But JPP is a small political forum site.
Yes, and it is important to the people who run America that places like this stay small, and disrupted as possible, till the owners finally decide that they have had enough and close them down.

And they have gobs of money to spend.....the Zionist Bastards got caught paying $7K a post.

I suggested a fat paycheck.
This is a beautiful example.

What does he hope to accomplish with it? Notice that nobody is replying?
