Tom Homan...

Not an issue as Trump only lies. If he is speaking you can bank on it that he is lying.

I would bet on that in 100% of his statements that go one for more than 100 words against anyone who wants to Av and Sig bet.
Want to rephrase that in English?
I so wish you were smarter.

Homan was not found in a political investigation. It was a criminal investigation. He was caught on film taking bribes. If Trumpys gave a shit about the law and right and wrong, they would have not backed his criminal behavior. But the law does not matter for 3 more years.

It's not a bribe if he's not a government employee
No such law.

If the FBI approaches you and me and offers us sacks of cash for promises of future help, we can legally take them up on that offer.
It is a bribe, but not just that, it is a failure to disclose income, and failure to disclose a large cash transaction. You cannot just accept a bag full of $50k cash, and not disclose it, even if it is for legal reasons.

No such law.
Are you a Brit? If not, what you just wrote makes absolutely no sense.

It is a bribe, but not just that, it is a failure to disclose income, and failure to disclose a large cash transaction.
Not if none of it ever happened. This is where you get to explain why you are talking about this like it really happened, and how it is not some stupid intelligence-insulting rumor that you are propagating like a tool.

You cannot just accept a bag full of $50k cash, ...
You must be a Brit. Of course I can just accept a bag full of cash, and more importantly, I can also never have accepted a bag full of cash that was never offered by nonexistent FBI agents who strangely never capture anything on video.

You can accept a bag of cash, but if it is above $10k, you must report it to the government.
You can also not accept a bag of cash by virtue of never having been offered any bag of cash, and thus not report the cash you were never offered.

And if it is over $400, you must report it to the IRS.
... and if you were never offered any cash, you don't have to report anything.

You can also not accept a bag of cash by virtue of never having been offered any bag of cash, and thus not report the cash you were never offered.
I started working off the books at age 12. It was illegal, and I realized it. I did not go around lying about technicalities to try to make it legal.

You are trying to think of a defense for donnie junior. "junior does not have a government job, so he can accept all the bribes he wants."

No, it was an actual FBI sting. Bondi, Patel, Bongino - they're all made it go away because - trumptards.

You're wasting bandwidth. Tell me how you dealt with the last time you were not offered cash by nonexistent agents who did not capture any video owing to no offer having been made and to the agents not existing. This is the more relevant and meaningful account to be recounting.

English comprehension is not your strong suit. Ask me how I know.

Had I been caught working under the table, I would have been arrested, and it would have been nearly impossible for me to get into the Air Force, which was important to me at the time, because the Air Force was going to pay for my education. There were some close calls.

What I did not do was come up with some half assed technicality that does not exist. I faced things like a man.

Had I been caught working under the table,
Get back to the topic. What would you have done if you had not been working "under the table" and had some close calls with someone almost discovering that you weren't breaking any laws? How would you have dealt with that? Would you have faced it like a man?

When I was working under the table, and had close calls with law enforcement, I usually either stayed very quiet hoping they would not notice me, or ran as quickly as I could, hoping they would not catch me.
