There’s no evidence that she had any knowledge of her grandniece’s MISDEMEANOR offenses or her probationary status. The authorities didn’t give a shit enough to look for her or extradite her, called her an “absconder”, not “fugitive”.

If James gets convicted of fraud, then you can refer to her as a felon, if that’s the case. I’m sure you already refer to Trump as the felon he is, right?

I have never stated that. I have stated that their subsidies, today, are small and mostly related to things the government wants done rather than to prop up the industry like subsidies in wind and solar do.
Your claims to the contrary, based on nothing, are without merit.

In civil law, that is the case. You have to have a party that suffered a loss to get awarded a settlement. No loss, no settlement. The NY appeals court has said as much by tossing out the settlement against Trump entirely.

Her best hope is the facts and law which all support her which is why Trump's own DoJ could not find anyones to indict her and he had to bring in his personal insurance lawyer.

Her second best hope is the stupidity of Trump and his chosen lawyer which is why Trump has an epic losing records in courts.

The best you have ever admitted when you are not hand waving the FACT that Oil and Gas has been one of the most subsidized industries in all of America's history is that you call the subsidies, if any, small, while you pretend Solar and Wind and green energy are some type of outsized outlier getting way more than Oil and Gas do or ever did.

You also never consider the 100+ years of embedded subsidies that Oil and Gas received, meaning they still hold that value gained from tax payers subsidies to compete against Green energy today.
