The Charlie Kirk Shuffle: false idol

I can use wiki too. None of this sounds like high praise. Btw a lot of what you say about Thomas could also be said about Ketanji Brown Jackson and the ABA rated her "well qualified." But that doesn't stop you from calling her a DEI hire.

"When Justice William Brennan retired from the Supreme Court in July 1990, Thomas was Bush's favorite among the five candidates on his shortlist for the position. However, Bush's advisors, including Attorney General Dick Thornburgh, considered Thomas inexperienced, and he instead nominated David Souter of the First Circuit Court of Appeals...

A year later, Justice Thurgood Marshall announced his retirement on June 27, 1991, and Bush nominated Thomas to replace him. Bush announced his selection on July 1, calling Thomas the "best qualified at this time".

The American Bar Association (ABA) appraised Thomas as "qualified" for the Supreme Court. The result came in contrast to the "well qualified" rating some nominees had received previously. The Bush Administration anticipated that the organization would rate Thomas more poorly than it thought he deserved, so pressured the ABA for at least the mid-level qualified rating while simultaneously discrediting it as partisan."
Yale is ranked number one in Law Schools and Harvard is ranked 6th. If Harvard lawyers are about the same as Harvard doctors I'm not impressed with Harvard credentials. I know Yale is good because the Federal Judge my wife worked for was sharp as a tack and he went to Yale on a Bass scholarship and Yale is consistently ranked number one.

Kenja Brown is the dumbest Justice on the Supreme Court. The other justice don't respect her

She literally lost to an unpopular convicted felon. They ran against him from 01/21/2017 right up past when he lost... through the time they prosecuted him for crimes they had to stretch to come up with... then as unpopular as he was he beat them in the next election. She had far more time to run against him... The issue is she was a terrible candidate, you lost to an unpopular felon because you would not run a serious primary. You thought that the braindead could be ignored at least until November... and that you stood a chance.

If only Biden had just declined to run again, we could have had a primary. Even so, it must be galling for MAGATs to realize that their #FatFascistFelon barely managed to pull out a victory over the scary mixed-race "DEI" female.

"Diversity refers to the presence of variety within the organizational workforce in characteristics such as race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, veteran status, or religion." Did anyone here ever get a job for any of those reasons? Or were you hired because you were the best qualified at the time?
Is you kid a DEI? axin' for a friend!

Lie.

Lie.

Then you support the right of self defense using ANY weapon, up to and including nuclear bombs, right?

Then why do you discard and despise it?

Lie. DON'T TRY TO CLAIM FALSE VALOR!

Trying to deny your own posts never works, Winter.

Look, what I posted is accurate. If you can re-post anything I have posted that says otherwise, please do.

Don't be daft. No, I do not support using nuclear weapons for self defense. You said "You support the banning and limiting of guns.", and I pointed out that I am a shooter, a hunter and a supporter of the 2nd amendment. The topic was guns, and you suddenly try to add nuclear weapons to the mix.

I do not discard or despise the US Constitution. If you claim I do, please post any evidence (beyond vague accusations) you have.

I do NOT claim False Valor. I served in the US Navy. The fact that you hid under your bed rather than serve does not mean everyone did.

I have not denied my own posts.

Race isn't the only criterion that falls under DEI. "Diversity refers to the presence of variety within the organizational workforce in characteristics such as race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, veteran status, or religion."

Right off the bat this makes all women DEI hires, since there are always fewer women than men working full time... even though there are slightly more women than men in the population. The deck's always been stacked in favor of white men.

And that's why it's primarily white males (and a toxic outlier and her sister) arguing against DEI. They are afraid of losing their lofty status that they've held since before the founding of this country, and before that.

Denying your own posts NEVER works Winter.

A nuclear weapon is a weapon. Do you like assault rifles with large magazines? How about heavy artillery? Machine guns?

I do not discard or despise the US Constitution.
You already have.
If you claim I do, please post any evidence (beyond vague accusations) you have.
Don't try to deny your own posts! It NEVER works. ANYONE can read them!
I do NOT claim False Valor.
Yes you did.
I served in the US Navy.

I don't hide under the bed. I don't need to.
I have not denied my own posts.

No lies in my post. If you insist that I am lying, post where I have supported gov't censorship or violence. I'll wait.

Your original comment was about guns. Then you switch to nuclear weapons?
Yes, I support the right of self-defense. But nuclear weapons? Don't be ridiculous.

I have never discarded or despised the US Constitution. Once again, please post any evidence you have that shows I have.

No false valor. I'm just a guy with a DD214 for serving.

You insist that I am denying my own posts. Then you should post evidence of it. Otherwise your comments are on the same level as common gossip.

As I said it takes some screw ups before the hospital knows privileges should be revoked. The hospital did revoke his privileges after the discovered he was worthy of the name 007.

You're so full of shit. You gave yourself away there, "doctor," as a fraud. All hospitals have monthly mortality committee meetings. The doctors go over the hospital's deaths and discuss if the causes are hospital-related. The goal is to improve practices to improve mortalities. If your fictional hospital took that long to remove that fictional surgeon, they are guilty of negligence.

No, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has not disappeared, but it is evolving and facing challenges, including a decrease in dedicated DEI roles and a rebranding of initiatives. While some companies are reducing overt DEI efforts due to political pressure, backlash, and government scrutiny, the core work of building representative workforces and inclusive cultures continues, with many executives reporting continued or increased commitment to DEI principles.

Companies that support DEI include Apple, Costco, Delta Air Lines, Microsoft, Ben & Jerry's, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase, among others. These companies are choosing to maintain and defend their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives despite political pressure to roll them back, viewing them as a business strength rather than a liability.

Obviously you must have been a DEI hire, as the only White cafeteria worker in that majority-Black "inner city" school where you claimed to have worked. :ROFLMAO:
