Actually, it is true. Democrats want to fund continuing Medicaid for some illegals to include:

Those here awaiting asylum hearings
Those granted temporary parole status
Those with orders of deportation who have not yet been deported
Certain groups like Haitians and Cubans who are here illegally.

Republicans said Democrats shut down the government because they want health care for immigrants in the U.S. illegally. That’s False. Democrats want to reverse parts of Trump’s spending law that made some legal immigrants ineligible for health care.

So, yes, the Democrats want to give 'free' healthcare to certain groups of non-citizens and people in the country illegally. All the hair splitting, like Politifact does, doesn't change the facts.
