The Charlie Kirk Shuffle: false idol

The US has spent 20T trying to help the black community since 1964 and has only made things worse. Turns out when you pay for fathers not being in a home that is what you get.
Preaching to the choir.

It is very interesting that Nixon decided that the entire 60's program was a mistake.....he was pretty apoplectic about it.

The systems will not let teachers fail them... Many teachers won't tolerate that and lead the profession... You simply don't pass a child that misses fifty three days of school... Just One of the reasons i'm so happy to see changes...

During my time as a teacher I was threatened, accused of racism, and told not to fail students without the admin's permission.

I wanted to teach. But I left anyway, because I did not need all the other jobs when I was only making $26k a year.

And not being supported by the administration is how this story generally goes.

I remember you saying that.... All Teaching is a challenge... But when you have fifteen roles besides being the teacher it gets a little more complicated....🥰
My mom was like a mother hen about "her kids" (her students) There were years I wondered if she was making money after she bought them school supplies. She was a great mom with a tender heart and a strong determination. I used to tell her in the lottery of life I hit the jackpot when it came to parents.

That's why most of us leave....lack of support ...That's why I retired... I always said when I couldn't teach any more I wouldn't stay...

:wha: Do you ever actually read what you post? Do you actually comprehend what you read? Or are you just another fantastically stupid and stubborn MAGA troll?

EVERYTHING IN THIS LIST THAT YOU POSTED CONTRADICTS WHAT YOU INITIALLY STATED ... "That's what the DEI system is supposed to be...by definition...If you don't understand, I'll dumb it down for you"

Where in this list does it mandate, promote or require bias against Caucasian Americans? Give me a quote from this list that states in no uncertain terms or /infers/alludes to/suggest such! NOT more insufferable MAGA supposition & conjecture or opinion. No more smoke blowing from you. If you can't meet this simple burden of proof, then I won't waste time and space responding to you on this topic.

THE OP STANDS VALID.
AI lies.

this is merit based hiring.

DEI means explicitly factoring in demographic information.

Who sticks around teaching in a dark age as nasty as this one?

The last people you would want spending so much time with your kids.

Teachers are woefully underpaid for sure.

She sounds fantastic.... You are very lucky and it shows... We grow very "adept" at getting donations.. And can find a bargain where almost nothing exists...lol... We outfitted a whole swim team by getting donations.... And
Getting them to donate the pool time.... etc etc...(Both of my parents were teachers , one elementary , one high school...)
