Portland Police Chief Bob Day defended his department’s reforms and "crowd support" policing even as federal agents faced violent anti-ICE protesters without help, after city leaders ordered police not to respond.
Last week, Cammila Wamsley, director of Portland’s ICE office, said the facility has endured more than 100 straight nights of violence, with Portland police largely absent under direction from the mayor and city council.
"It’s frustrating for us to watch people be attacked on the street and know that we don’t have the authority to be able to really step in unless there’s some nexus to federal law," Wamsley said.

Note the lies told by the administration and it's spokespeople.
Any attack on a federal building or a federal officer would clearly have a nexus to federal law. It appears all this "violence" is occurring without any attacks on federal facilities or federal officers. In other words there is no threat to the ICE so there isn't a riot requiring federal troops.

Crowds gathered peacefully and mostly stayed concentrated in front of the facility. Soon after, federal law enforcement marched out of the center and fired tear gas and smoke canisters to disperse the crowd. They also fired pepper balls at people.

I am still waiting for anyone to provide evidence of rioting for the last 100 days. As I already pointed out the government did not make that claim in court because lying to a court will lose a lawyer his license.
You are the one in the cult as your own links refute the claim of 100 days of riots when the state they protests have been mostly peaceful. It turns out that ICE has on more than one occasion attacked peaceful protestors. Even your own links show that to be the case.

As the judge in Oregon stated, Trump's view of what is going on in Portland is "untethered from reality." You have the same untethered from reality beliefs. It is you that is in a cult since it is you that believes things that the government refuses to say in court.

It is clear that violent protesting (aka riots) have been going on in the last 100 days in Portland. You just want to hair split over how to define what a riot is.

Point to one place in any of the articles you linked to that can possible mean that there was a riot in the last 100 days.

One (1) day of rioting in the last 100 proves you wrong. The articles I provided do just that. You are the one that is demanding more proof (argumentum ad absurdum). That Democrats in Portland want to deny that there has been ongoing violent protesting doesn't change that there has been ongoing violent protests (the definition of a riot).
You have also tried to use a Sorites Paradox to define a riot. Again, that's a fail.
Cite the exact part of the article that you think proves me wrong. Simply claiming it does only shows you are delusional. Cite it so your claim can be examined for its veracity.
