CONCLUSION
For the above reasons, this Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining
Order, ECF 6, and temporarily enjoins Defendants’ September 28, 2025, Memorandum ordering
the federalization and deployment of Oregon National Guard service members to Portland.

An interesting read because the judge talks about the reality of what is happening in Portland vs what the President claims is happening.
The judge doesn't go so far as to say Trump is delusional but does say this -
The President’s determination
was simply untethered to the facts

It won't stand on appeal.

And as I said it won't stand. Even if they win on the Federal District level it will get reverse eventually. AT BEST this just slows down the process.
Slows down what process?
Trump today claimed buildings were being burnt down in Portland and there is no evidence of that happening.

What we are seeing is evidence of Trump having dementia since he is out of touch with reality.

IMMERGUT, District Judge.
This case involves the intersection of three of the most fundamental principles in our
constitutional democracy. The first concerns the relationship between the federal government
and the states. The second concerns the relationship between the United States armed forces and
domestic law enforcement. The third concerns the proper role of the judicial branch in ensuring
that the executive branch complies with the laws and limitations imposed by the legislative
branch. Whether we choose to follow what the Constitution mandates with respect to these three
relationships goes to the heart of what it means to live under the rule of law in the United States.

Which of those 3 fundamental principles should we ignore?

And as I said it won't stand. Even if they win on the Federal District level it will get reverse eventually.
Really? At which level, Clarence Darrow?
AT BEST this just slows down the process.
You have no idea whether or not the decision will stand. I'm predicting it will. Military in the streets at the whim of the Executive? It's everything our founders fought against.

Another insurrectionist who is confused by the whole Constitution thingy. No doubt Trump told him to go fuck himself - since he has zero authority over deployment of the military.

Congratulations. Your post is an incitement to violence against federal judges. You can likely expect Kash Patel at your door in the next week since the FBI has decided such incitement is a priority.

Trumpys are happy the judge's home got burned down. As Trump shows, extreme violence is part of his method to change the country into his fiefdom.
Trump ignores Posse Comitatus, like he does any other law that slows down his power-grabbing administration. He even created an army that is loyal to him to evade the law.
I would think even the right would be alarmed at where Trump is going.
