Do you think they have much on Comey?

Trump has been the biggest liar in American politics, forever.
You can't blame your problems on Truimp, Sybil!
Now lies bother him. The sad fact is that Comey made Trump the president with a badly mistaken press conference about Hillary's emails. She was clearly ahead, and after his mistake, Trump squeezed out an undeserved win. This is not much of a thank you from Daffy Donald.
Comey did not make Trump President, Sybil.

Do you have any evidence for that claim?
Why ofc, moronico!
673 pages. Enjoy! 😆
If you really wanted to know, you'd read some, but you won't.
The FBI has investigated and established what happened by now, goober.
This is no longer a crippled by partisanry and DEI FBI, capiche?
Here's somewhat of a synopsis for you:
It's more of a teaser, I gave you the meat and potatoes.

Run along and play in the catbox now.

The normals are talking.
The Master of Absurdity referring to himself as normal. :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

he lied to congress about the Steele dossier.
The interesting part of the indictment is that it does not contain an actual quote that it claims is a lie. It is a "general indictment", which makes it defective. So how do you think Comey lied about the Steele Dossier? Remember, we need an exact quote.

Yeah, they have him on video, a no-brainer, not up for debate.
If they did, they would have an exact quote to indict him with...

That said, we get to have a trial and hear from lots of losers. We get to watch them turn on each other too. Will McCabe take the rap or confirm his previous testimony about Comey? Who will fold for immunity?
A trial of him alone will have people turning on each other? Does Comey have multiple personalities?

If he is not convicted, his bank account will be considerably less.
Or considerably more when he sues the DOJ for false prosecution.

Is his daughter kicked out of our government yet?
trump ordered her firing, because he hated her father. She is now suing the DOJ over her firing.

They have more than one source that said Comey lied when he said he didn't leak information. McCabe and Daniel Richman both say Comey authorized them to leak to the press. Comey lied to Congress twice when he said he didn't leak information out to the press.
Comey twice denied authorizing a leak from someone "at the FBI." According to McCabe, Comey knew about his leak after the fact, which is different from authorizing it. Richman was an outside consultant, so not technically at the FBI. Given that Comey admitted to having Richman release documents in the same testimony that he denied having someone "at the FBI" release documents shows that he considered Richman not to be at the FBI.

So your claims really fall apart. They might be able to find something against Comey in his testimony about Clinton. But, then you would have a trial for the better part of a year about how Comey cheated to get trump elected in the first place... Not what trump wants.

They have two witnesses that say Comey leaked to the press. One of them is Comey's friend from law school.
No, you have one witness that Comey leaked to the press. Richman, his friend from law school, says that Comey gave him documents to release to the press. You know who else says that? Comey. So it is not lying to Congress.

It was solid enough for a grand jury to indict him. That's more than most of the charges brought against people associated with Trump who were charged with something got.
In the USA, it is impossible to be charged with a felony without first being indicted by a grand jury. So everyone associated with trump charged with a felony was indicted by a grand jury first.

I'd say based on federal win rates, Comey is going to prison.
Based on the win rate for federal prosecutors who refused to take this case, because it was a certain loser?

Comey will be either convicted or bankrupted.
Or will win a huge wrongful prosecution verdict, and walk away very rich?

You do understand he was talking about the leaking itself not the lying to Congress, right? That there are others, under oath, that have testified that Comey was lying. You do realize this right?
They cannot find a crime covering the leaking, so that is not part of the crime. Lying to Congress is a crime. There is no one who has publicly provided any evidence of Comey lying. Maybe there is some secret evidence, but...

The indictment needed to involve a specific crime, which in this case would have meant a specific quote. That no one is able to give a specific quote means that the indictment may well be voided as defective. Given that the statute of limitations has run out, there will be no more indictments on the subject.

You do understand he was talking about the leaking itself not the lying to Congress, right?

At 2:30 ish he said he had his buddy leak the content of his memos to the press.
So Comey testified to Congress he released the document through Richman... To prove a lie, you would have to prove he did not do that. Remember, you are trying to prove that Comey lied to Congress, not that he had Richman release the document.

A 2019 report by the Department of Justice's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) concluded that former FBI Director James Comey violated agency policies by leaking memos of conversations with President Trump
Violating a policy gets someone fired... Not prosecuted. You need to prove a crime to get Comey sent to prison, not a violation of policy.

She was fired from work on Watergate as a young lawyer for proposing dirty tricks be used to get Nixon.
No she was not. A much older lawyer at her same level said he wanted to fire her for not doing his job for him, but he did not have authority to do such. She was well recommended by the lead Watergate council, and was not fired.

If Comey "clearly lied" what was the lie? Quote the lie and the exchange the lie was told in.
EXACTLY!!! There needs to be a specific quote to begin with.

At 2:30 ish he said he had his buddy leak the content of his memos to the press.
What is your evidence that is a lie?

Comey is a leaker.
If that were a crime, you would have a case... The crime accused here is lying to Congress, so you need to prove Comey lied when he said he released the file through his friend.

I just heard that they have sworn testament from James Baker that Comey asked him to leak classified information to the The New York Times in 2016. That is going to be a BIG problem for Comey.
Baker was never at the FBI, so that would not prove lying to Congress. Remember that you are trying to prove that Comey lied to Congress about not leaking through people at the FBI.

Every thinking person knows he lied to Congress.
And yet you cannot find any evidence?

other than Comey admitting why he leaked the memo?

“I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter. I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.”
Somewhere along the line you forgot what Comey is accused of. He is accused of lying to Congress. He made that statement to Congress. Are you saying that statement is a lie?

Comey is upfront and honest about something he would probably not want to admit. It is evidence for the defense, not the prosecution.
