Team Trump says no one is above the law yet his supporters continue to believe the Orange Jesus is, indeed, above the law.

We will follow the facts in this case,” Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote on X in a post that did not name Comey but appeared to reference the charges.

If ethical prosecutors preferred to resign rather than bring a case I'd say their evidence is fairly flimsy. Bringing up the #FatFascistFelon's vows to seek revenge is definitely going to be presented in court. I think it's unlikely that a jury is going to be very sympathetic. I have a feeling this is going to make Trump look even worse than he already does.

Agreed. The fact Trump had to go prosecutor shopping to bring a case says everything everyone needs to know about the validity of this persecution.

You would have to have some pretty good evidence showing they knew it was bodgus.

The thing is Trump wins both ways... Comey convicted - he got his vengeance. Comey wins - LIberal Judge and jury.

Where is @Cypress who DEMANDED that "no one will be indicted?"

Comey will be convicted - but will never see a prison cell. Brennan is the one that will really fry.
