It takes time to identify, arrest, indict and then go through the trial process which a defendant can slow down.
Daniel Ball wasn't arrested until 2023.

I disagree w/ most of the current leftist positions.

You aren't very familiar with the court system and how it works.
Lang is the reason he was in jail for so long without a trial. He continually requested extensions of time for filing documents or to revise the trial schedule. The trial was first scheduled to happen Jan 9 2023.

And then he was pardoned without a trial adding another name to the list of violent attackers of police pardoned by Trump before they went to trial.

The 2024 election was not a referendum on whether the 2020 election was rigged. That's a complete mischaracterization.

Trump lied his arse off about 2020. He just hates losing - always has. He lies a lot, too.

Pre-trial detention is not punishment since the court has not decided on a punishment. People held pre-trial have not been prosecuted.

It doesn't matter. All we have determined in this discussion is that you are much more in line w/ the hardcore MAGA group than I am a "leftist." I will always consider what Trump did in 2020 the Big Lie, because of the impact it had on voter faith in our elections.

But I'm a centrist. I disagree w/ most far left positions. I agree w/ the right on a lot of their positions. I have positions that fall on both sides.
