Considering prosecutors resigned rather than producing this case, does anyone believe they have good evidence?

What do you think are the chances of a conviction? We haven’t seen the evidence yet, but we will… any thoughts?

I’m wondering if the Defense will use Trumps stated desire to get his preceded “enemies” will be used as a part of Comey’s defense.

Zero - the chances of a conviction are zero. The first US Attorney trump appointed trump them fired because they said there was no case.

So, what did trump/Bondi do? They appointed one of trump's former attorneys, a stooge, an insurance lawyer with zero prosecutorial experience who was able to get a grand jury to indict 2 our of 3 charges.

If this goes to trial - and I really hope it does, it will do nothing but embarrass the fuck out of trump and his administration.

I’d certainly consider using Trumps comments to show Prosecutors were forced to bring these charges simply for political reasons, and that the case is bogus.
 
I seriously doubt there will be a conviction...and I suspect that when Comey is exonerated, Trump (and the assholes who continue to support him) will claim the jury let him go because of animosity toward Trump.

Trump and his followers are crybabies. As for the Comey matter...they have no case, as many professional prosecutors have indicated.
 
It’s interesting to me the Trumppers are not defending Trump decision to have Comey indicted.

I know - that's one of trump's biggest problems. All his political pressuring is documented by his own posts on "truth" social!

Comey pissed off both the Democrats and the Republicans, but did nothing illegal.

Nope. I’ll be surprised if it even goes to trial. When Trump discovers that a bunch of shit will be introduced about him, he’ll shut it down.
