Starbucks slashing jobs and Stores

Only one way to drink coffee,...that's coffee FLAVORED Coffee! No milk, no cream, no sugar, no nothing but coffee and a cup. No Latte, .....none of the other bullshit either,....that's for pussies and old women. ;)
 
You would think that Starbucks would be doing GREAT with the Libturd crowd, They LOVE that kind of shit. Walking in with their skinny jeans, RESIST Tee shirt, Rachael Maddow glasses complete with pink highlights in their hair......." Yes,...I'll have an East Indian Autumn mist with a splash of soy milk please and an order of avocado toast " I wouldn't even be SEEN in a Starbucks let alone actually drink it! :cool:

Spring layoff was 1100

Another 700 took buyouts

Now 900 tossed

Not including the stores.

She also said that she saw a post that Princi is gone.
 
Normally when headcounts get cut like this the stock goes up.

Not today.....there is zero confidence in management.

This is a company in crisis.

Man, it was so long ago and I was pretty young, I couldn’t even begin to tell you.

I think I was 25 the last time I had tequila. I ended up on the floor of a bar bathroom in Berkeley on Cal’s campus. To this day I can get sick just from sniffing it.

Coffee doesn’t make me sick like that, but the smell does bring back similar memories.

Having coffee with a creamer is a lot like having tequila in a margarita. It's an entirely different beast. I like coffee, but couldn't drink it straight for more than just a few sips.

On another note, I actually like tequila when it's the good stuff. Not the rot-gut that dominated the markets before tequila became more distributed and commercialized.

Tequila is definitely bad news, I didn't get sick,....but I did end up divorced.:) My wife for some reason highly objected to me dating other women! Couldn't HELP IT,....wasn't ME honey,....IT WAS THE TEQUILA!

People have tried to get me to drink the really good tequila, and I believe you about the difference. Maybe it's just a mental thing at this point, but I can't do it.
 
My Better Half had heard rumblings of a new wave of cuts, but nothing of their nature....just by chance she was at the Capital Hill Roastery just a few days ago.

The Roastery at the HQ is also closed.
