As a Christian l, I don’t believe in a place called Hell, or that Christ would allow anyone to go there.
The doctrine of the Episcopalian Church is that Hell is eternal death; annihilation to a state of total non-being. It's not a physical place of torments and demons with pitchforks.

Americas dirty white xtian underbelly
A slight disagreement. There's not a single MAGAt on JPP who is a Christian. They are all White Christian Nationalists which means they are not Christians. They are simply evil racial purists supporting an authoritarian state. This is why I believe they should be identified before and neutralized during the coming civil war.

The Dangers of Christian Nationalism

While proponents of Christian nationalism argue that their beliefs foster moral clarity and societal cohesion, critics warn of the dangers inherent in conflating faith with national identity. This ideology can lead to the exclusion of individuals and groups who do not conform to a particular religious standard, thereby marginalizing diverse perspectives within society. Moreover, this blending of faith and nationalism can dilute the core principles of the Christian faith, such as love, compassion, and justice, by prioritizing political ideologies over spiritual truths.

The Republican Party has devolved into a white Christian nationalist party.
A majority of Republicans today qualify as either Christian nationalism Adherents (20%) or Sympathizers (33%), compared to less than one quarter of independents (6% Adherents and 16% Sympathizers) and less than one fifth of Democrats (5% Adherents and 11% Sympathizers). These views are reinforced by TV media outlets consumed disproportionately by Republicans, such as Fox News or far-right TV news outlets such as OAN and Newsmax....

....Support for Christian nationalism among Republicans is also reinforced by the demographic composition of the party. As the U.S. has become more racially and religiously diverse over the past few decades, our two major political parties have responded in dramatically different ways to these shifts. Today, only 41% of Americans identify as white and Christian. But today’s Republican Party is 70% white and Christian, a stark contrast from the Democratic Party, which is 25% white and Christian..

Agreed it's not a place to be sent. IMO, it's simply a choice. People who choose to step away from God's light and into the darkness as all JPP MAGAts have done are putting themselves in Hell.

Once they accept God into their hearts and step back into the light, they will be saved.

The image of Hell in the popular consciousness comes from Dante's Inferno in the 14th century.

The Anglican community has always taken a moderate theological view that contrasts with American fire and brimstone fundamentalists.
