I have a vacation house in Hawaii and believe me, they are very, very strict about differentiating between a vacation residence and a primary residence.
We would have been prosecuted too if we had done the same as Letitia.
I’m actually surprised the state of Virginia isn’t prosecuting too.
And they still might.

Or on me that James (and Bragg) went after Trump for political reasons and now find themselves on the receiving end of the same exact thing. Had James simply left Trump alone and stayed out of a fight she had zero business entering, Trump wouldn't be destroying her for attempting to destroy him.

trump fired the prior attorney who couldn't indict James so - he put in a "stooge" to take the case to the grand jury. Remember what happened when trump tried to indict the guy who threw the sandwich at the ICE agent? The grand jury refused to indict - and "grand juries will indict a ham sandwich", meaning case brought by trump's AG's and prosecutors are destined to crash and burn.

No, TA, here's the deal: She was successful in her case against trump and so all trump loyalists, including you will never forgive her. This is about retribution, nothing more. If there was a case, the prior DA trump fired would have found it. This is a hit job attempt by trump.

I guess you failed to keep up with the evidence which is exculpatory.

But other document collected in the case provided by James’ attorneys to the Justice Department and reviewed by CNN show James repeatedly stating the opposite. In one email to a mortgage broker, James wrote that “this property WILL NOT be my primary residence.” And on other forms that asked whether the home would be her primary residence, James checked off “NO.”

The fact that forms have different boxes checked makes it pretty impossible to convince a jury that it was intentional fraud and not someone making a mistake in filling out the forms. Did you read every form when getting a mortgage on your house to confirm there was no mistake on it? Will a jury be willing to declare that not reading every form is a crime?

She was successful ONLY because she had a sympathetic judge (by his own admission BTW) who denied Trump a jury trial, excluded exculpatory evidence, ignored or denied witnesses, and then found Trump libel for half-a-billion in damages.

Let's start with this: Who lost money on those loans--by the terms and conditions of those loans? There has to be a party economically injured to prevail in a civil suit for damages. Show who was economically damaged and not by some coulda, woulda, shoulda, opinion but by actual documented loss. That is how civil suits normally run.

James had no party economically damaged. None. She and Eragon simply made shit up to find Trump libel for an amount that was designed to wreck him financially for political gain.
