WILL TRUMP DEPORT ILHAN OMAR ??

If she is convicted of lying on the form for citizenship one of the actions from the government would be to revoke her citizenship. We do know she is a citizen as it is a requirement to run for Congress. She would get due process.

Notable Examples:

  • Fawaz Mohammed Damrah (2004): An imam convicted of lying on his naturalization application about his ties to three organizations classified as terrorist groups by the U.S. government; his citizenship was revoked following the conviction.
  • Cruz Miguel Aguina (2025): A naturalized citizen sentenced to eight months in prison for immigration fraud after pleading guilty to lying on his application; this led to an automatic revocation of his citizenship.
  • Moio Bartolini (2025): The Justice Department filed a case to denaturalize him for procuring citizenship through concealment of material facts or willful misrepresentation.
  • Unnamed distributor of child sexual abuse material (2025): The Justice Department secured denaturalization after discovering fraud in the naturalization process tied to prior criminal convictions.
They've been spewing this bullshit story for years now. It was bullshit then and i's bullshit now. If there was anything to it it would have come to light by now.

It matters not. Let's say the thread was about Ted Cruz, and he was a naturalized rather than a natural born citizen, I would be saying the same thing.

Basically, it isn't the person they are talking about that had me posting what I posted, only that the claim that "if they are a citizen or a permanent resident, no" is incorrect. Do you understand the difference? I am not saying Ilhan is going to be deported, only that being a citizen would not stop it from happening if someone were convicted of that specific crime.

But it wouldn't be. That kinda bullshit accusation is pretty one sided.

Again, it isn't the person or the "accusation" that I was talking about. Only the fact that someone that has become a citizen can actually be deported, and it has happened recently even. If you can't get past the micro to the idea I don't know how to help you. I do not think Ilhan Omar is going to be deported, I do not care if someone else thinks she "should be" or not... I do not suggest anyone should be, I only point out the law.

I simply point out what the law says and how it has been applied and how even a naturalized citizen can actually be deported.

lol you mean like Abraham Lincoln did? Deportation was an accepted practice among the Founders. It didn't matter if they were 'born here' or not.

Every society has a right to fix the fundamental principles of its association, and to say to all individuals, that if they contemplate pursuits beyond the limits of these principles and involving dangers which the society chooses to avoid, they must go somewhere else for their exercise; that we want no citizens, and still less ephemeral and pseudo-citizens, on such terms. We may exclude them from our territory, as we do persons infected with disease.

Thomas Jefferson to William H. Crawford, 1816

Omar is most definitely an ephemeral pseudo-citizen, and her followers a disease epidemic.
I really hope trump tries it! Please! It would be awesome!
