For years I was 6’0” and always put it on my driver’s license.
Then for the first time in decades I measured my ht. and to my astonishment I’m now just under 5’11”.
I’ve no doubt trump was 6’3” at on time. He’s not now .

While losing an inch is very common as you age (i have lost 1 inch) there is zero chance Trump was 6'3" and not just lying.

Will Smith height is listed at 6'1.5" and here is a young Trump with him on his show Fresh Prince and with Trumps poofed up hair and wearing dress shoes (heels) he appears to be only the same height as Will, at best, in that episode.
