You can say anything you want... But if you work for someone and you know they have standards don't post it online... (Especially bile filthy things that include cheering the death of someone...) Or have someone video you refusing to make a poster because it's profaganda...
When things are in black and white there can be consequences and anyone who works is aware of that... I am very careful about what I post here and I am retired.... That's just common sense and courtesy to your profession... (The employer has the choice to fire or not fire If he feels that the first amendment excuses the comments...)

At times like this, people need to show humanity. It's sad that some have lost that. I'd still contend it's a very small minority - but they are loud.
