Do conservatives really care about Kirk, or his message?

Trump and the Maga world is just trying to politicize Kirk situation for political gain.
Agreed. Trump and his minister of propaganda, Miller, are already threatening going to war on everyone left of them just like they declared war on Chicago.

I guess Hegseth will be drinking his way to the frontlines. LOL

The Bible is full of errors.
Ancient writings that conflict with science are simply the perceptions of the people of the times. Not just "the Bible", which the militant atheists always attack, but also the Torah, Quran, Norse mythology, Greek mythology, etc, which they rarely, if ever, do.

It was only a few hundred years ago when medical science reached a point where they stopped believing in the "Four Humors", leeches and drilling holes in the heads of insane people to let out the demons. Judging ancient peoples by modern standards is not the best way to understand ancient peoples, IMO.

Errors? Do you mean contradictions? Can you give examples without having to google something?
Perceived contradictions. Most of the time caused by faulty interpretation.

I'll give you one.

Christ told the thief on the cross.

Luk 23:43
And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

And yet Jesus was not in Paradise with his father on Friday the day he was executed. After his resurrection he said.

John 2:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

The problem is one of punctuation. The Bible was not punctuated when it was written. it was punctuated around the 9th and 10th century A.D.

It should read

And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee today, shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Jesus was giving the thief on the cross his assurance of salvation that day.

Punctuation in the Bible is not inspired by God.

I have grown to admire Charlie Kirk immensely since his tragic killing. Based on media characterizations, I thought he was some kind of hateful firebrand. I've watched, and I've learned about the man. He was what we want everyone to be. I don't care how much people disagreed w/ him - I did and do - but he wanted the marketplace of ideas. He used the Socratic method to get people to THINK, and to have calm & open dialogue about the issues.

In the past few days, what I have seen is many on the right USING his death to advance their own agenda, demonize Democrats, and sow further division in this country.

It's disgusting, and dishonors Kirk's life & legacy, imo. The irony as I read some of the comments sections on videos and articles - calling out the left for using "hateful" rhetoric, while also calling them DemonRats, communists, socialists, evil, and the enemy. Talking about Jesus Christ while warning people that their neighbors can be "enemies" (directly contradicting a very famous quote from Jesus about neighbors).

They care more about their agenda. There are so many hypocrites out there, who can't see themselves.
Yesterday I watched an hour long blog on YouTube with Charlie and Bill Maher! Really liked Charlie! Agreed with him on his religious beliefs, but certainly not his political views.
Bill Maher got stoned as fuck and drunk as a skunk!

He had a right to say that, its a terrible suggestion, and I am glad nobody paid it any attention.

PP said, “We have a great country. We have radical left lunatics out there, and we just have to beat the hell out of them.”
His right to spout an opinion as a citizen. Trump spouting declaring war on Americans as president crosses a line. MSNBC firing Dowd for stating facts is a business decision even though it was a spineless move on their part.

Regardless, all the spineless, orange Kool-Aid drinking MAGAts should remember that we all are going to die so it's not a big deal that Kirk is dead regardless if it was by a bullet, measles or fecal-laden drinking water.

You just nailed it.

Ok. So what does that have to do with her condemnations of the assassination.
Not much. I think any assassination attempt is terrible. Kirk was trying to improve America by working through the voting system. He was killed by an far left wacko.

If you look at Robinson's history he may be an early schizophrenic. I'm not saying he is but his history seems suspicious.

22 years old ....schizophrenic frequently get diagnosed in their early 20s
Lack of empathy ...another common symptom of schizophrenia
Lasted 1 semester in college despite being very smart and having a full scholarship...Shizs frequent drop out of college when it hits them

Mental illness is to be blamed. (y)

I know this is very hard for you buy LINK???

"I apologize for saying Charlie Kirk advocated stoning gays. What he actually demonstrated was how some people cherry-pick Biblical passages," he wrote.

Pretty much what everyone here has been telling you.
Fundamentalist Christian Nationalists like Kirk take the Bible literally.

Christian nationalism is a form of religious nationalism that focuses on promoting the Christian views of its followers, in order to achieve prominence or dominance in political, cultural, and social life. In countries with a state church, Christian nationalists seek to preserve the status of a Christian state.
