Okay, if I piss off friend or foe with this so be it:

MAGA bullhorn Charlie Kirk was murdered today, shot at one of his cross country "debate me" rallies in Utah. Immediately you have Democratic politicos, liberal and progressive podcasters all wailing "violence is not the way" and "if you disagree with someone, they don't deserve to be murdered". I'm sure right-wing media is gearing up the propaganda machine, hoping this will overshadow the Epstein and Gaza scandals of the Trump administration. Funny that, because just under 4 months ago you had a political assassination attempt of the Hortmans in Minnesota, were the husband died. I don't recall all the public hoo-ha to this level in the media or from the two parties. Does anyone else

But just to remind everyone, in response to the push for better gun control across America in lieu of mass shootings, Kirk stated on April 5, 2023, "I think it's worth it. I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights."
Hmm, seems he got what he wished for ... much to his surprise I'll bet.

So, I shed no tears for Mr. Kirk. The only people I feel for are his children, because you can't choose your parents.
