And he had MULTIPLE reasons to be incarcerated and not to be victimizing the public. Liberal Judges are the main reason he was still roaming the streets instead of being incarcerated and receiving treatment.
He was incarcerated for his felony and served 6 years. He served his time. Our mental health system failed him. Do you know how hard Reagan’s changes in the laws makes it to have mentally ill people put into asylums?
Change the laws, but until they are changed, the court systems hands are tied. Judges must follow the rule of law.

You have not shown that they were all felonies. He was proceeded legally and served his time for his felony. The rule of law was fulfilled. A judge can not hold him indefinitely, there is a process, there are laws. Change the laws, until then , judges hands are tied.
