Other than finding many references to his having been arrested multiple times, I could not find any of the details on what he was arrested for, and who released him.

It will come out in time, but by then, America will have moved on to the next outrageous attack. The Lefties rely upon that effect to insure no one is ever held accountable.

I don't hate the perp because of his skin-tone, I hate him because he attacks innocents. I hate the judges who let him go to attack again and again and again.

The Guard can't be on every bus. The guard can't solve the problem of Leftie judges releasing people who need to be in prison or a nuthouse.

With the long list of priors this guy had, somebody should have sentenced him to a nuthouse followed by prison time. That would have stopped this murder.

Why didn't this happen?

The weapon used was a simple folding knife. Gun Control would not have helped. Practical limits on carrying long hunting knives would not have helped. He could have killed her with a ball point pen, or a landscaping rock.

He was clearly a danger to himself and others, and should have been locked up and on strong meds.

This perp was homeless, and probably living on the street, where such material drops as it leaks from the swelling, cracked, dying EV battery.
