From YOUR link you clearly didn't read:

Farmers like Trump’s tariffs

Despite the uncertainty caused by the tariffs, American farmers still see the president’s flagship policy as a long-term win.

A May survey by Purdue University of American producers found that 70% believe the tariffs will ultimately strengthen their industry [7].

However, the situation in Arkansas is urgent, farmers say. Fortunately, state lawmakers seem willing to listen and provide assistance.

“We’re going to take your message. We’re going to get it back to D.C., and we’re going to do everything we can to get you the help you need,” Gene Higginbotham, district director for Congressman Rick Crawford, told farmers at the meeting.

The article goes on at length that most of the problems resulted from storms that destroyed 260,000 acres of crops, particularly rice.

I didn't say anything about whether they liked tariffs, or whether they imagined they'd see a benefit from tariffs years from now.

Tariffs are causing them economic damage. Today. Right now.
And I believe they're reasonably sure Trump will bail them out with government handouts of taxpayer money.

Trump supporters begging for government welfare is the hilarious issue.

1757111900829.pngYou will find next none of our black farmers in these meetings, bc the gov. refuse them the help to begin with...so what we got is MAGA fucks, who REFUSE TO NAME TRUMP as the engine behind all this madness, but instead is asking US tax payers to help bail them out of a mess these bitches all voted for. You can not on your best fuckin day, make this shit up. White people constantly shoot themselves in the foot by voting the GOP ticket and come running feet first to tax payers to bail them out of shit, from FEMA to this shit. Sometime when the Gods want to kick your ass, they answer your fuckin prayers.

Non-sequitur. The OP has nothing to do with tariffs. Boy are you ever sensitive about your baby king!

Not according to your article. The farmers want help for severe weather that widely damaged crops.

Crop numbers not bad at all.

Neither did the article that Cypress posted in the OP...
Do you send trump love letters? I'm thinking you do... 💘

Here, let me start your next one for you I'm a much better writer than you:

If you are a hypocrite, I could understand why you wouldn't see the humour in Trump supporters demanding government handouts.

He might have gone overboard but you kept posting threads after threads/posts after posts defending Trump and vilifying Democrats, The Left and Biden/Obama like a good lap dog.
I can't help it if the MSM and Democrats keep foisting lies and half-truths on the public. It isn't my fault that the Trump haters here glom onto anything they think will smear Trump without a second thought. All I'm doing is leveling the playing field so-to-speak. It doesn't mean I support or endorse Trump, only that I'm willing to see things in a detached and fair manner.

Lying about Democrats, Biden and Obama isn't leveling the playing field.

Oh, you mean like the years long Burisma bullshit you trump-worshippers tried to hang on Biden? Or Hunters' laptop? How about the freak-outs the trumptards had over Obama's tan suit, or when he saluted troops with coffee cup in his hand or when Obama wore a bicycle helmet?

Oh - and how about the "Obama is secret Muslim born in Kenya"?

Every time you try to accuse your hated "left" of anything, you always end up owning yourself.

Did fat donny answer your love letters yet?

Don't forget about Obama's birth certificate.

Yep. That was May survey. It’s 4 months later now.

The exceptionally weak dollar helps exports.
