Males calling themselves females picking on real females in sports is a Loon thing.Picking on transgender people is a MAGA thing.
It would make a good argument. Fortunately it's rare.Males calling themselves females picking on real females in sports is a Loon thing.
Oh look first time ever a FAGOt says it like thatPicking on transgender people is a MAGA thing.
Okay...To discuss whether Democrats are a cult.
To begin, let's look at the meaning of 'cult'.
This word came into the English lexicon around the 1600's from Latin 'cultus' meaning care of labor; a cultivation or culture; typically with a religious overtone.
Today, it's often associated with primitive or ancient forms of worship. This stems from the French 'culte', another contribution to the meaning of the word 'cult'.
There are many religions of Democrats, including the Church of Green, the Church of the Ozone Hole, the Church of Global Warming, the Church of Covid, the Church of Hate, the Church of Deviancy, the Church of the EV, the Church of Karl Marx, the Church of No God, etc. All of these deny science, mathematics, history, and traditional religions.
On this basis alone, it could be argued that to be a Democrat is to believe in primitive religions, thus satisfying the term 'cult'.
And now...?
Trump.Okay...
Typical traits of a cult:
- Charismatic Leader: A group led by a charismatic figure who claims to have a unique vision or solution for problems.
Group promotes a rigid, exclusive ideology that is often contradictory to the beliefs of the outside world.
Trump. MAGA.
- Manipulative Practices: Techniques used to control and manipulate members, such as isolation, indoctrination, or brainwashing.
Control Over Relationships: The leader has final say on relationships with family and friends within the group.
MAGA again. They are afraid to leave the cult of Trump and MAGA.
Fear of Leaving: Cults often use fear to keep members loyal, claiming that leaving is dangerous or that the group is the only safe place.
Exclusive Ideology: The group promotes a rigid, exclusive ideology that is often contradictory to the beliefs of the outside world.
Brainwashing: Members are indoctrinated to think only in the group's terms, leading to a lack of critical thinking and critical thinking about the group itself.
Democrats do not worship any deity nor do they elevate anyone. So, I'd say the Democrat(ic) party is more like a religion than a cult.
Trump.
Trump. MAGA.
MAGA again. They are afraid to leave the cult of Trump and MAGA.
Their deity is called "government." They elevate it to that level. The 'Grinning Ass' Tim Kane recently said as much claiming that Rights derive from government not God or some higher plain of existence.Democrats do not worship any deity nor do they elevate anyone.
Your opinion. Trump is certainly a charismatic leader as is evident in the excessive ass kissing.Trump isn't "charismatic." He's a bulldozer. People might respect a bulldozer because it gets things done, but they don't follow one because its charming. Obama was and is charismatic as an example of someone in recent politics. That's how he got elected--repeatedly.
MAGA makes people feel good and like they're part of the group.No. The Left loves brainwashing like No Kings Day, and other silliness. These make people feel good and like they're part of the group.
MAGAts kicked out Republicans like Liz Chenez, calling them RINOs.Nope. Doesn't apply to MAGA, doesn't apply to Democrats. But as I pointed out, Democrats, like Sinema and Manchin, as two examples, were driven out of the party because they wouldn't vote in lockstep. Fetterman is another that's increasingly in that category. You don't see the Republicans kicking out or forcing out those in their ranks that disagree with the majority.
Government is not a deity. Unless you want to say that MAGAts worship big government.Their deity is called "government."
Nope. They do not. MAGAts do elevate Trump though, as is evident in threads after threads, posts after posts on JPP.They elevate it to that level.
Who?The 'Grinning Ass' Tim Kane recently said as much claiming that Rights derive from government not God or some higher plain of existence.
Your opinion. Trump is certainly a charismatic leader as is evident in the excessive ass kissing.
Nobody kissed Obama's ass.
According to your logic, Trump being elected three times shows he's a charismatic leader.
MAGA makes people feel good and like they're part of the group.
We can ping pong.
MAGAts kicked out Republicans like Liz Chenez, calling them RINOs.
Government is not a deity. Unless you want to say that MAGAts worship big government.
The hate for Obama is tangibly real. Charismatic leaders don't face that sort of thing. The hate for Trump is tangibly real. Charismatic leaders don't face that sort of thing.
Many think he doesn't deserve the prize. Not exactly charismatic. The Nobel Peace Prize Committee, for starters, did exactly that.
Same with Trump. No, he's been elected because people saw him as the more effective candidate that would get what they wanted done, done.
In other words, I am correct.I really can't address that adequately, so I won't.
As I have stated. They were rejected as RINOs and not supporting Trump.Liz Cheney ran for reelection and was rejected. Sinema and Manchin quit. They didn't even try because their party wouldn't support them in the least.
No they don't. Unless you want to prove me wrong by quoting prominent Democrats. The Left treats it as one.
Redefinition fallacy. Religions don't require a god or gods.Definition of religion - the belief in and worship of a superhuman power or powers, especially a God or gods.
This is an additional meaning of 'cult' that differs from the meaning of the word as it entered the English lexicon from Latin, but yes...these characteristics are common.Okay...

Charismatic Leader: Nope. The Democrats currently have nothing like that. They have like the Twelve Dwarfs or something equally useless.
They do promote a rigid ideology, but it isn't exclusive. It mirrors radical Leftist political groups around the world.
They can be manipulative but rely far more on allies in the MSM and on celebrities than internal practice.
They neither control relationships nor have a fear of members leaving. In fact, they often kick those that would buck the leadership out entirely.
Their ideology isn't exclusive either. As pointed out, it's the same radical Leftist crap other groups in that part of the political spectrum practice.
Brainwashing? To a limited extent. It's more like their members willing accept what the group says and those that question it are forced to leave.
So, I'd say the Democrat(ic) party is more like a religion than a cult.
