Again I ask how many of those shooters in Chicago this past weekend were out on Bond on parole or on probation and should have been locked up.... Those shooters would have not been able to have a gun in their hands if they were locked up


If it's just 3 out of 10 and I would say it's higher than that... Keeping those three locked up would save lives
