Trump wrote his own physicals from day one to now. What doctor would say Trump's winning so many golf tournaments proves how healthy he is? Bornstein admitted that Trump wrote his first one, and he signed it. Trump paid doctors off.

Well, I’m not suggesting he has had a stroke, I think that’s irresponsible rumor at this point, if he did, and he thought he could get away with it, we would never know about it with him as a source.
 
Trump started his presidency, this term in worst physical and mental shape than Biden started his.

Trump is aging faster and breaking down faster and will almost certainly end his term, if he makes it, in worse condition than Biden was in.

The only positive Trump has is that he has never done the work the other POTUS do and that work is enormous and taxing and does age each POTUS a lot during their term. So Trump will avoid the majority of that stress by not doing the work, going out golfing and just making decisions, when needed, in his usual uninformed way based on his gut.
