Trump’s DOJ Fails to Stick DC ‘Sandwich Thrower’ With Felony

There is a running joke that even SC Justice Roberts said in a recent case which is 'you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich', which is statement saying how easy it is for a prosecutor to get an indictment if they are at all competent.

Of course this is Trumps hand picked DOJ and so they cannot only not indict a Ham Sandwich but they cannot indict someone who throws one at an officer as they are so incredibly stupid and bad at their jobs.

This is what incompetency looks like.
 
People should know what a departure it is for a Grand Jury to not indict when a prosecutor gets to present only their most persuasive part of their evidence with no defense counter.

Imagine that. In the court case the Prosecution would not be able to limit what they present to only what they consider the 'most convincing part of their argument' thus only leading to the conviction chances falling.

As i say above, ...this proves just how incompetent Trump and his DoJ are and how politicized and corrupt.

They cannot even indict a ham sandwich with this DoJ.

Attacking the Capital police and injuring countless numbers of them and causing deaths, while then storming the Capital is not seen as a crime by Magats, and yet they believe throwing a sandwich, as a form of harmless protest is.

As always Magats are stupid and deplorable.

Bondi wants a sandwich thrower to spend more time in prison than Maxwell, who raped hundreds of children.
 
In total this is 6 attempts by Trump DoJ to bring bogus FELANY indictments ... all of which have been rejected by the various Grand Juries.

- Sandwich thrower, Sean Dunn
- Sidney Lori Greene for putting her body between migrant and Ice officials was charged with felony assault
- Natalie Rose Jones for saying things about Trump online (“terrorist” and a “Nazi”)
- Alvin Summers charged with fleeing Ice, after they approached him in a park and he ran away from them and they tackled him and officers put in a report he assaulted them. Grand jury viewing body cam footage refuted it and denied it.

Former DoJ lawyers are absolutely shocked by this as most do not know of a single time, in their careers that A grand Jury refused to indict for felony charges, as the DoJ historically only brings cases that meet a super high bar and thus their 90%+ success rate in court. While some indictments will fail in court, it is rare to never for them to get a Grand Jury indictment. Thus the belief a Grand Jury would indict a ham sandwich.

Just Trump launched dozens, if not hundreds of lawsuits over Russia and Jan 6th and has lost 99+% of them, now his DoJ is starting to do the same.

Pure abuse of the system.
