Julian Heicklen and indie journalist George Donnelly, both of whom are being prosecuted/persecuted, accused of all kinds of nastiness when in fact all they were doing is engaging in some conversation with other peaceful people, while distributing pamphlets and information on the rights of a jury.
In the first affidavit for Donnellys arrest, the Deputy US Marshall specifically says he never witnessed George Donnelly striking the woman who works as a federal Court Security Officer and he claims that first he saw the lady struggling with Donnelly and rushed to break it up…resulting in the arrest of Donnelly.
After charges were dropped, they filed a second affidavit for 'simple assault'.
In this second affidavit, the SAME Deputy US Marshall asserts that he personally witnessed George Donnelly deliver the blow to the woman’s face. he also claims to have witnessed Heicklen fighting with the lady AND he adds a previously unmentioned “fact”—he says that he observed Heicklen apparently reaching for the lady’s holstered firearm.
So remember sheeples, if you assert your rights, the feds will lie to arrest, try, and convict you, and it's all legit.
