Some nations allow mail in ballots, not all. Some of PP's posts are truthful, some are not.The difference is in "some" and "all"... I am also interested in how the entire US is colored as "all" but some states do not do "all" mail in ballots.

Congress and the federal government has the authority to require States to conduct elections for federal officers by the federal government's rules. Congress writes those rules using the Constitution as the guide. It is easily within federal authority to not allow mass mail-in voting.
