Better legal minds than yours seem to think conspiracy is a possibility.ROFLMAO. Conspiracy does NOT apply to all crimes. Then the conspiracy laws require an overt act to further the conspiracy. Concealing is not an overt act and concealing is not a crime under federal law.
The funny thing about your argument is it means that everyone involved with Jan 6 attack on the Capitol could be charged with conspiracy at any time in the future because they are involved in a conspiracy to claim it wasn't a crime.

The third one could possible be used to claim there is an ongoing conspiracy to defraud the US government but it leaves the Trump administration and everyone working in it open to prosecution if courts allow such use of the law. Can political appointees doing the bidding of a Presidential administration be guilty of defrauding the US government? If yes then Bondi is going to spend a lot of time in jail.

A GJ in Florida will indict based on the evidence - which is overwhelming.
No one said armed - though when Obama sent his goons to attack Roger Stone, they were armed to the point of helicopter gunships.
I am curious when the White House was moved to Florida.
Federal rules and laws require grand juries to be seated in the location where the crime occurred. If the allegation is that the crime occurred in the White House than any indictment in Florida will get tied up in court appeals for years based on lack of jurisdiction.

If "no one said armed" like you just claimed then there can be no indictment for seditious conspiracy.
I guess I should also point out that seditious conspiracy does have a statute of limitations of 5 years since it isn't a capital crime. The max penalty of 20 years makes it a class C felony.
