Surely you and the other LW posters in here have already bought one RIGHT? RIGHT? One of my cars a Honda, is actually a hybrid and I am a RW poster. Put your money where your mouth is. I get mid to high 40,s...once in a while I can top 50 miles per gallon.

I would IF they had a longer range , I drive too much to be able to wait for hours to get some place.
Right now I go to FLA every once in awhile and it would take me like 4 days or more driving a EV with the batteries they have now , I can get there in my truck in 24 hours or a little less if I wanted to now.
I just bought a hybrid truck back in Feb, before Trump put his tariffs on and increased the price by over 4000 dollars.
 
I also have a high efficiency natural gas hydronic boiler that heats my home,...Wayyyyyyyyy better heat than forced air IMO. I don't do these things because I think the world is ending due to global warming either......I do them because it is efficient money wise.

What about a HYBRID like mine? I don't use it all the time,...I have multiple vehicles. But if Im going to be doing a ton of driving that day then I do. Why get 20 some to the gallon when you can get almost 50?

Edit.......I didn't see the first part of your post about getting a hybrid truck. Those are nice. Good job!

I posted info on the NDB several times why don't you read it and learn something.
It ISN'T the Chinese that are involved in developing it , and trying to perfect it.
Most of the research and getting it perfected is happening out in CAL.
