Neither trump nor Clinton were President in 2006, so neither sent anyone a Presidential letterhead letter that year. Bush, for all his flaws, had nothing to do with Epstein.

Well Epstein deserves a nice birthday card for the guy that gave Bill an all expense paid vacation to an island resort with special perks and transportation on the Lolita Express.

Clinton and Epstein traveled to aid conferences in 2002, and 2003. Both trump and Clinton started distancing themselves from Epstein in 2003. Then they both sent birthday letters to Epstein in 2006. Clinton's birthday letter was written by a personal secretary, and was generic. trump's birthday letter was written by trump and was creepy.
