I don't think you want to do that. I have a degree in political science. I understand that Americans will say whatever the fuck pops into their minds at any given moment, but there are few people in this forum who can have an intellectual conversation about political philosophy.
So what? Poly sci is the simplest liberal art there is. You understand nothing and probably were made stupid by your professors. If anything, your background puts you at a disadvantage.
Communism: From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.
Fascism: The state must gain glory through constant conquest and war. The past was glorious, and the State can be renewed.
That's just argument from anecdote. That explains nothing about either, not to mention you're wrong. For example, Franco in Spain was a fascist government and did nothing after the Spanish Civil War towards conquest and war. Pinochet in Chile is another example. A third is Peron in Argentina. So, on that one, you are full of shit.
Communism: A communist society is stateless, classless, and governed directly by the people.
Fascism: One charismatic leader has absolute authority.
Show me a Communist state that did that. Stalin, Lenin? How about Mao? Ho Chi Mein? Castro? The Kim Jong family? All are dictatorships whether with a single leader (usual) or a committee (say, the Terror of Paris).
I could go on and on and on since I've studied this for many years, but I'm not going to waste our time. I don't think you're an uneducated person, but you are exceptionally stupid. You're a MAGAt, and that's all I need to disqualify you from civil discussion. Don't fuck with me, Terry.
You have studied until it made you stupid. Don't waste MY time.
I see governments and place them on a three-axis graph from 0 to 10 if you will of all possible government / societal arrangements:
X axis = Degree of government control. 0 = anarchy or no government. 10 = absolute dictatorship with one-person rule.
Y axis = How the economy is run. 0 = barter. Everyone makes their own rules about trade. 10 = command economy. One or a few decide everything.
z axis = How society sees people 0 = individual. Everyone is in it for themselves and makes their own rules. 10 = Absolute dictatorship. The ruler decides everything and what matters is society as a whole.
Now, I get that's not what the idiot savants you studied under told you but they're version, like yours, is full of shit. You see, my version looks at what a government does and how they do it rather than assigning a label and then trying to define it.
So, governments on the Left politically tend towards 10 on all three axes while governments (or the lack thereof) on the Right tend towards 0. Sure, any realistic government is somewhere between about a 5 and a 10, but that doesn't negate or change the concept.
In my version, both communism and fascism have:
A command economy run by the ruling minority of government. the masses have little or no say in what gets produced.
Both have dictators or a junta running the government, usually not elected by the masses or elected in sham elections that are meaningless.
In both, the individual is irrelevant and what matters is society as a whole.
Both are hard on the Left.
