Biden ordered the food in the course of his duties at the end of his administration. Nothing he did was illegal or unethical, moron. Biden didn't know trump would decide ON DAY ONE that starving children shouldn't have the food that was already in a U.S. government warehouse in Dubai.

Apparently you're unfamiliar with the term "drop ship." USAID said the food was already in the Dubai warehouse when trump wrote his letter, and they had to "stop-work" the contractors who were going to deliver it.
