I don't need to justify anything... The previous administration bought too much old stuff and sent it to Dubai... They got rid of more than half of it....They should have gotten rid of all of it... The state department said that the emergency biscuits were purchased as a contingency beyond projection by the Biden administration and that resulted in their expiration.... There is a lot of food insecurity around the world.... That didn't seem to change much in the last 63 years..... It certainly didn't happen In the last six months... The state department is handling things now.... .If USAiD had been working working Properly and efficiently it would still be Around...

Biden's handlers purchased the food ... as a sort of cover ... to give all the fraudulent USAID waste and abuse a superficial appearance of legitimacy.

Biden's handlers did not, however, feel motivated to rush to distribute the food that was purchased, since that was not its intended purpose.

Fast forward to the food's expiry, Donald Trump has no choice but to incinerate the expired food. Someone should flog Biden's handlers for this colossal waste on their part.
