‘Monster Pediatrician’ Cheering Deaths Of ‘MAGA Children’ In Texas Flood Gets Fired!

No proof she was fired.
Liar. I quoted and posted a link to the articles that read from the announcements from her former employer. First you tried to say she was never suspended, I posted a link to that... Then you posted that there was no "evidence" that she was fired, so I posted a link to that too.... You just keep saying it, regardless of factual information, simply because... what? because you just "wish" it was so?

Purposeful ignorance looks good on nobody.

Lie.

  • Medical Emergency Exception: A medical emergency is defined as a life-threatening physical condition, exacerbated by pregnancy, which a physician certifies places the woman at risk of death or serious impairment of a major bodily function unless an abortion is performed.
  • Physician's Role: A physician must use "reasonable medical judgment" to determine if a pregnant woman has a life-threatening condition requiring an abortion to save her life or prevent serious impairment of a major bodily function.
  • No Court Order Required: No court order is needed for a woman who meets the medical necessity exception.
  • Specific Conditions Clarified: Treatments for ectopic pregnancies and premature rupture of membranes with a non-viable fetus are not considered abortions under Texas law, according to The Texas Tribune.
  • Documentation: Physicians must document the medical emergency and their reasoning in the patient's medical records.
Not after 6 weeks.

  • Florida's Abortion Ban:
Florida law restricts abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, with exceptions for cases of rape, incest, or human trafficking up to 15 weeks.

So she was lying.

Lunatic doctors are free to make up their own rules.

More likely that the reporter has an agenda and is misreporting the face because Florida law specifically says caring for an ectopic pregnancy is not an abortion. You should look the law up yourself.

And there is this

(b) The physician certifies in writing that, in reasonable medical judgment, there is a medical necessity for legitimate emergency medical procedures for termination of the pregnancy to save the pregnant woman’s life or avert a serious risk of imminent substantial and irreversible physical impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman other than a psychological condition, and another physician is not available for consultation.

Ectopic pregnancy is a legitimate life threatening emergency. Women can bleed to death from a ruptured fallopian tube.

The same loss of precious would have happened no matter what "extra measures" or warning systems were in place...Look at it...examine it...it's just untrue to blame it on individual people or politics...especially now...

Any threat to the mother's life is a legitimate reason to terminate a pregnancy at any time. Althea does not have her facts right. Placenta previa is an example of a pregnancy that needs to be quickly terminated to save the mother's life. It happens frequently in the second or third trimester. But if it happens after 23 weeks the baby will be delivered by C section if it happens a few weeks earlier the baby will be aborted.

I am not a 'her', and I have my facts straight. Doctors/hospitals in Texas and Fla. (and I'm quite sure other Red states) are killing pregnant women because they don't have their facts straight.

Facts don't lie. You do.

She is a he, named for his cat. How bizarre is that?

I’ll take the knowledge of a Md. over that of a man who uses the female name of his cat, any day.
