Kerr County struggled to fund flood warnings. Under Trump, it's getting even harder

Now everyone should know why I doubt you have 18 years of education.
I already told you I don’t care if you think I’m a h.s. dropout. It’s irrelevant.
Why do you keep denying you're a Trumper when you constantly defend him?
I constantly defend him only when it’s warranted.
You leftists will accuse him of anything with no merit.
Prime example was the Russia Hoax.
I even supported Lisa’s vote to convict him over Jan 6.

What was impacted?
Almost 300 people died. 121+ people have been proven dead, with another 170+ missing. You figure there are people who went missing with no one noticing. I am assuming that the missing are dead, or they would have been found alive by now. So I would guess the number to be 300ish.

That was the result of the flood. Not Trump or cuts.
Or are you now claiming trump caused the flood?
I’ll clarify the question. How was the NWS impacted?

Of course you care. That's why I irritate you so much. LOL

Yes, you constantly defend him and you always think it's warranted just like you're doing now. Thanks for calling me a "leftist". It confirms everything I think about you.

Nothing wrong with cutting waste.

If it was, why not? :dunno:
Warm bodies sitting in office cubicle chairs isn't a sufficient explanation.

Pending an independent investigation we don't know if NWS had the experienced senior senior staff who typically were responsible for coordinating with local emergency managers. The reports are that Trump caused the agency to abruptly lose some of their most experienced senior staff.

More importantly, since you and Trump desire to gut funding and staffing for federal agencies, it follows that you and Trump are increasing the risk tragedies like this will happen again.

Texas counties and towns along the Guadulupe River have known about its flash flood dangers for decades and decades. Why is it suddenly a federal problem caused by Trump? Shouldn't the locals have done things to mitigate the dangers of flooding over the years?

Why is it suddenly no longer a federal problem with trump?
It isn't and never was primarily a federal problem. The problem is that the growth of the federal government is out-of-control and lower government has become dependent on them which shouldn't be the case.
