Now they will jail them without rights and use them as they want. Many corporations built small towns to house workers when they were needed more than seasonally. Now, taxpayers can absorb those costs. It is a win-win for the owners.

I'm beyond disgusted. They're planning on capturing migrant workers and renting them back out to the same farms they were already working on.
