I am sure Volsrock thinks the Republican members of Congress are all patriots...the Republican Senators and Representatives who have sworn an oath to "...support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

The Republican members of Congress, for the most part, are traitors in every sense of that word...not patriots.

They can, of course, declare themselves to be patriots...just as they can declare themselves to be tall, pretty, handsome, intelligent, delightful, insightful, and witty, but until they see (and declare) themselves as cowards and threats to the Constitution and Republic...they deserve scorn, not approbation.

It can be said equally in the dark but with a better chance of accuracy that the average Democrat knows and cares more about the country's founding values than the average non Democrat. The selfish blowhard that is Donald Trump wouldn't fit as a Democrat. As a Republican he's at home.

And you joined the navy in an effort to be as safe as if you were back home to avoid the draft so you didn't end up as a grunt packing an M-16 because you waited to get drafted. So tell us all about some of the historic battles at sea you took part in against the mighty North Vietnamese Navy. Oh wait,...what's that? Their navy consisted of a couple of bamboo Sampans and there really were no battles? Yeah,....you can probably STFU any time now......

I guess I shouldn't be so early in judging Guno's service like he himself does to SO MANY OTHERS. I need to be better than him in that regard. For all I know he could have been on a PT boat on the Mekong River somewhere which most certainly could be dangerous. Who knows if he was or wasn't. Point is,....NOBODY should be degrading another persons service or lack of,...we don't know their specific situation.

And to think.......I even visited the lying cocksuckers ranch. He had three TV sets in his study all going at the same time so he could hear what all ABC, CBS, and NBC were saying about him as he sat back smoking cigs and downing booze like a drunken sailor. His daughter Lucy the watusi's sports car is still there too, along with his old air force 1, which I thought was odd. He also dropped dead there,....right in the hallway.
