I didn't hear his speech, but given that you didn't provide a link to all of it and only cherry picked certain words, I can only ascertain that you are overreacting and he really didn't say what you say he said.

2) They put out false rumors of Russian collusion and ham struck his first administration
3) They impeached him twice on bullshit claims
4) They dragged his family through the mud
5) They tried to bankrupt him
6) They launched lawsuit after lawsuit at him trying to imprison him to keep him from running for office
7) They tried to assassinate him
8) They call him fascist, nazi and every other harsh name in the book
