Politically, my people are the Democrats.
Sure, there are many I'd like to drill in the mouth.
Sure, I think too many of them are debilitatingly timid.
Sure, I wish that most of them were a hell of a lot more like I.

The other side, however, is beyond deplorable,
and often, just opposing them is a good enough motivation to donate to my party.

And IF the Republican Senators like McConnell would have up held the oath they took to vote on the evidence that was presented we wouldn't be having this problem.
McConnell even came out and said the evidence DID show that Trump did what they charged him with but he wasn't going to vote to remove Trump.
Again IF he had upheld the oath he took Trump would have been gone.
